All content, features, functionality, and materials available through Dreamify — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — are the property of Dreamify Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on Dreamify without prior written permission, except as otherwise allowed under applicable law.
2. User-Generated Content
Dreamify allows users to post, upload, and share content. You retain ownership of the content you create and share, but you grant Dreamify Labs LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing the Services.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any user content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
3. No Warranty
Dreamify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dreamify Labs LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamify Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
5. Legal Compliance
You agree to use Dreamify in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.
6. Governing Law
This Legal Notice and all disputes arising from your use of Dreamify shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
